摘 要:涡流排液技术大多数用于湿气气田井下积液处理,现有文献在地形起伏湿气管道方面的研究较少。研究地形起伏湿气管道内涡流排液工具的有效作用长度,对管道排液能力的判断尤为重要,如果能够得出涡流排液工具有效作用长度的敏感性因素,就能很大程度地提高管道输送效率。鉴于此,运用SolidWorks软件建立几何模型,将其导入Fluent中进行模拟,通过改变管道入口湿气流速、涡流排液工具的截面形状、中心体直径以及管道倾角等,研究了湿气管道内环状流液膜厚度与有效作用长度衰减规律之间的关系。研究结果表明:含水体积分数近似为0.3%、涡流排液工具中心体直径取51 mm以及管道倾角较小时,湿气入口流速越大,液膜厚度越厚,且湿气气流中液体所占比重越大,旋转强度越大,衰减程度越弱,有效作用长度相应增加。研究结果可为湿气管道涡流排液工具的现场应用提供指导。The vortex drainage technology is mostly used in downhole fluid treatment of wet gas field. At present, there are few studies on wet gas pipeline in alpine terrain, while the research on the effect of effective action length of vortex tool in wet gas pipeline in alpine terrain on the pipeline drainage ability is particularly important, and if the sensitive factors of the effective length of vortex tool can be obtained, the pipeline transportation efficiency can be greatly improved. Therefore, in this paper, SolidWorks was used to build the geometric model, which was then imported to Fluent;and the relationship between the thickness of annular flow liquid film in the wet gas pipeline and the attenuation law of effective action length was studied by means of changing the wet gas flow rate at the inlet of the pipeline, the cross-sectional shape of the vortex tool. The paper analyzed the thickness of annular liquid film in wet gas pipeline, diameter of the central body and inclination angle of the pipeline, the relationship between thickness of annular flow liquid film in the wet gas pipeline and the attenuation law of effective action length was studied. The study results show that when the water volume fraction is approximately 0.3%, the diameter of vortex tool central body is 51 mm, and the inclination angle of pipeline is small, the higher the wet gas flow rate at inlet, the thicker liquid film thickness, and the larger the proportion of liquid in wet gas flow;and the greater the fluid rotation strength, the weaker the vortex attenuation intensity, and effective action length increases accordingly. The study results provide guidance and theoretical basis for application of the vortex tools.
