摘  要:叙述了采用锥形辊穿孔机微扩径穿孔技术开发大直径特厚壁热轧无缝钢管的设计方法。详细介绍了穿孔机轧辊角度及变形区长度的确定方法,以及使用穿孔机孔型计算公式结合3D建模设计顶头的方法。通过合理的穿孔机孔型设计,结合锥形辊穿孔机微扩径工艺技术,在锥形辊穿孔机上实现了径壁比≤5的特厚壁无缝钢管的生产,锥形辊穿孔机微扩径穿孔工艺的成功开发为拓宽无缝钢管产品应用市场奠定了基础。Described here in the essay is the design method for developing the large-sized extra-heavy-wall,hot-rolled seamless steel tube with the cone type piercer(CTP)slight-expansion/piercing technique.Detailed are the method for determining the rolling angle and the deformation section length of the CTP,and the method for designing the piercing plug with both the CTP pass calculation formula and the 3-D model-setting process.Finally thanks to the proper CTP pass design and the CTP slight-expansion technique,the extra-heavy-wall seamless steel tube with D/S≤5 is actually produced.The successful development of the said CTP slight-expansion/piercing process lays a foundation for further expanding the application market of the seamless steel tube.
