摘 要:介绍了超厚壁无缝钢管的接触法和水浸法检测方法,分析了超厚壁无缝钢管的声束覆盖区域。分析认为:当钢管的厚径比大于0.26,无论纯横波法还是变型横波法均无法探测钢管内壁缺陷,所以采用“小角度折射纵波+折射纯横波”检测超厚壁钢管纵向缺陷;采用双探头的探伤,实际上对钢管截面的内圆(r~0.5R)部分实施的是纵波检测,而对外圆(0.5R~R)部分实施的是横波+纵波检测。Described in the article are the contact method and the water immersion method for detecting the extraheavy wall seamless steel tube.Also analyzed is the sonic beam-coverage area of such tube.It is regarded via the analysis that in case that the t/D of the steel pipe is greater than 0.26,neither the pure shear wave method nor the modified shear wave method can detect the defect on the inner surface,and therefore the “small angle refraction longitudinal wave+refra-ction pure shear wave”process is used to detect the longitudinal defect of the pipe,and the dual-probe detection process in fact,means that for the inner circle(r〜0.5R)part of the pipe section,the longitudinal wave detection is adopted,while for the outer circle(0.5R〜R)part of the pipe section,the shear wave+longitudinal wave detection is adopted.
