摘 要:为探索速效抑制黑沙蒿开花控制过敏的途径,给过敏防治及科学绿化提供参考和指导,本研究采用单因素回归试验,分析抑花1号(YH1)和赤霉素(GA_(3))抑制黑沙蒿开花效应及对群落特征影响。结果显示:(1)YH1(0、5、10 g/L)和GA_(3)(0、100、200 mg/L)处理抑花效果随浓度增大先升后降,呈开口向下的抛物线;花序枝单位长度花蕾数量变少是YH1的抑花途径,花序枝长度变短是GA_(3)的抑花途径;5 g/L浓度YH1-5和100 mg/L浓度GA_(3)-100在6月份时抑花效果最好,抑花率分别为70.11%和60.33%。(2)YH1和GA_(3)处理的黑沙蒿平均冠幅、盖度分别增大6.25%、23.45%和4.4%、20.95%,但对株数、株高、生物量均无显著影响;不同处理的黑沙蒿群落相似系数在0.75~1之间,丰富度、均匀度、优势度、多样性、重要值均无统计学上的差异。研究结果表明:YH1和GA_(3)的使用不会导致黑沙蒿群落衰退,YH1和GA_(3)可作为黑沙蒿开花抑制剂。In order to explore ways to quickly inhibit the flowering of Artemisia ordosica Krasch to control allergies,and provide reference and guidance for allergy prevention and scientific greening,single factor regression test was used to study the effect of Yihua No.1(YH1)and gibberellin(GA_(3))on inhibiting the flowering of A.ordosica and its influence on community characteristics.The results showed that:(1)The flower suppression effect of YH1(0,5,10 g/L)and GA_(3)(0,100,200 mg/L)treatments increased at the beginning and then decreased as the concentration increased,showing an opening downward The parabola of the inflorescence;the decrease in the number of flower buds per unit length of the inflorescence branch is the way to suppress the flower of YH1,and the decrease of the length of the inflorescence branch is the way to suppress the flower of GA_(3);the concentration of 5 g/L YH1-5 and the concentration of 100 mg/L GA_(3)-100 has the best effect of suppressing flowers in June,with the rates of suppressing flowers being 70.11%and 60.33%,respectively.(2)The average crown width and coverage of A.ordosica treated by YH1 and GA_(3) increased by 6.25%,23.45%,4.4%,and 20.95%,respectively,but had no significant effect on the number of plants,plant height,and biomass;The similarity coefficient of A.ordosica community is between 0.75 and 1,and there is no statistical difference in richness,uniformity,dominance,diversity,and importance.The research results showed that the use of YH1 and GA_(3) will not cause the decline of A.ordosica community,and YH1 and GA_(3) can be used as flowering inhibitors of A.ordosica.
