摘 要:以中华金叶榆盆栽苗为试材,设置对照(CK)、中度干旱胁迫(MD)、重度干旱胁迫(SD)等3种处理,探究干旱胁迫对中华金叶榆盆栽苗内源激素含量的影响。结果显示:(1)随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,CK组的玉米素核苷(ZR)、脱落酸(ABA)含量逐渐降低,赤霉素(GA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)含量逐渐增加;而MD、SD组的GA、IAA含量随着胁迫时间的增加而降低,ZR含量先降后升,IAA含量呈现先升后降的趋势。(2)MD、SD组的ZR、ABA含量在胁迫期间均显著高于CK组;而在胁迫30 d时,GA、IAA含量显著低于CK组。(3)MD、SD处理下,GA/ZR、IAA/ZR值逐渐下降,ZR/ABA、GA/ABA、IAA/ABA值先升高后降低,IAA/GA值出现不同波动。结果表明:中华金叶榆在遭受干旱胁迫后,可通过调节自身内源激素的含量及比例来抵御干旱胁迫。In order to explore the effect of drought stress on the endogenous hormones content of potted seedlings of Ulmus pumila‘Jinye’,three treatments,namely control(CK),mild drought stress(MD),and severe drought stress(SD)were set up by using potted seedlings of U.pumila‘Jinye’as test material.The results showed that:with the prolongation of drought stress,the contents of zeatin riboside(ZR)and abscisic acid(ABA)in CK group gradually decreased,and the contents of gibberellins(GA)and indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)gradually increased.The content of GA and IAA in the MD and SD groups decreased with the increase of stress time,the content of ZR first decreased and then increased,and the content of IAA showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The contents of ZR and ABA in the MD and SD groups were significantly higher than those in the CK group during the stress period;while at 30 days of stress,the contents of GA and IAA were significantly lower than those in the CK group.Under MD and SD treatment,GA/ZR and IAA/ZR values gradually decreased,ZR/ABA,GA/ABA and IAA/ABA values increased first and then decreased,and IAA/GA values fluctuated differently.This study indicates that U.pumila‘Jinye’can resist drought stress by adjusting the content and proportion of its own endogenous hormones after suffering from drought stress.
