摘  要:为探寻地不容种子休眠机制及解除方法,以移栽于云南农业大学的地不容野生植株的种子为材料,采用机械划破种皮、摩擦处理、热水及硫酸浸泡等方法,测定当年成熟种子的生活力、萌发率、发芽率与吸水率,以明确其休眠机制,比较不同方法解除地不容种子休眠的效果。结果显示:种皮障碍是种子休眠主要机制,划破种皮、摩擦处理、硫酸处理可使地不容种子的萌发率达96.00%、63.33%、88.67%。种皮束缚是休眠主要机制,机械划破种皮、摩擦处理、98%浓硫酸浸泡能有效解除地不容种子休眠。In order to elucidate the seeds dormancy mechanism of Stephania epigaea Lo and to find effective ways to break the seed dormancy,the viability,germination rate,water absorption rate and seed coat inhibitor of mature seeds in the seeds of wild plants transplanted in Yunnan Agricultural University,were determined by routine methods.The seed coat was cut mechanically,the germination rate was determined by friction treatment,and soaked in hot water and sulfuric acid.The effects of different methods on relieving seed dormancy were compared.The results showed that the main reason of seed dormancy is barrier of seed coat.After cutting,friction treating or the H_(2)SO_(4) treating resulted in partial breaking seed cots,the treated seeds germination was promoted and the germination rates rising to 96%,63.33%and 88.67%.The main mechanism of dormancy is the restraint of seed coat.Mechanical cutting of the seed coat,friction treatment and 98%concentrated sulfuric acid soaking can effectively relieve dormancy.
