摘  要:对于COD不高但难生化污水,采用活性炭吸附工艺灵活高效,反应器采用微砂高效沉淀池型式,活性炭采用比表面积大的粉末活性炭,且一部分循环利用,处理流程为微砂沉淀池+活性炭吸附沉淀池,前面一级微砂沉淀池可去除不溶COD、悬浮物和胶体物质,减少活性炭消耗,设计中还对沉淀和污泥处理等环节做了优化,实际运行稳定、效果好。Activated carbon adsorption process which has the advantages of efficiency and flexibility was introduced for treatment of wastewater with low COD but refractory to be biochemical treated.Powdered activated carbon with large specific surface area was used and part of the carbon could be recycled.The treatment process was Micro-sand high efficient sedimentation tank+Activated carbon adsorption sedimentation tank.The process of high efficient sedimentation can remove insoluble COD,suspended solids,colloidal substances and reduce consumption of activated carbon.Procedure of sedimentation and sludge treatment were optimized to ensure stable operation and good effect.
