摘  要:结合“HAZOP+LOPA+风险矩阵”保护层频率量化风险评估方法,对石化行业循环流化床锅炉汽包液位过高或过低的危险性进行分析,通过对汽包液位控制回路故障、汽包紧急放水电动阀误开、主给水前路不畅等事件的分析,确定汽包水位联锁设计安全完整性等级,对保护层的风险降低倍数进行计算,论述设置汽包液位高三值和低三值联锁切断锅炉上水的重要性,并提出了整改的思路和建议。Combined with the“HAZOP+LOPA+risk matrix”protective layer frequency quantification risk assessment method,the risk of high or low level of the circulating fluidized bed boiler in petrochemical industry was analyzed.Through the analysis of the failure of the level control loop of the drum,the mis-opening of the emergency water discharge electric valve of the drum,the main water supply front road was not smooth,etc.The safety integrity level of water level interlocking design of drum was determined,the risk reduction multiple of protective layer was calculated,the importance of setting high and low three value of water level interlocking of drum to cut off boiler water was discussed,and the thoughts and suggestions for improvement were put forward.
