摘　　要：纵观我国农业发展道路,若想让农业真正实现可持续发展,其重点在于科学技术创新,同样现代农业发展也要求科技创新提供支持。因此,为推动农业发展和科学技术更为密切地融合,应构建并落实健全的农业知识产权制度。但基于具体发展情况,我国在保护农业知识产权上仍然存在一些问题,严重阻碍农业创新。对此,文章将立足农业知识产权的基本内涵,简要分析国内农业知识产权保护中的问题,并且在此基础上提出相关改进路径。Throughout the road of agricultural development in China,in order to achieve sustainable development of agriculture,the focus has always been on scientific and technological innovation,and the development of modern agriculture also requires that scientific and technological innovation should provide support.Therefore,in order to promote the closer integration of agricultural development and technological development,a sound agricultural intellectual property system should be constructed and implemented.Based on the specific development,however,there are still some problems existing in the protection of agricultural intellectual property rights,which seriously hinder agricultural innovation.In this regard,starting from the basic connotation of agricultural intellectual property rights,this paper briefly analyzes the problems in the protection of domestic agricultural intellectual property rights,and puts forward relevant improvement paths on this basis.
