打刀提让变频刀库在加工中心上的应用

摘　　要：刀臂式刀库在加工中心设备上的应用,省去了人工换刀所需的时间,实现了同一设备的多工序加工,极大的提高了设备的效率,因此得到广泛的应用。但是,随着对生产节拍的不断优化,要求减少换刀所需时间,对刀臂式刀库提出了更高的要求。采用打刀提让变频刀库替换原刀臂式刀库,提高了换刀效率,给机床设计人员提供了参考。The application of tool arm type tool storage in machining center equipment saves the time needed by manual tool changing,realizes the multi-process machining of the same equipment,greatly improves the efficiency of the equipment,and has been widely used.However,with the continuous optimization of production beats,it is required to reduce the time needed for tool changing,and higher requirements are put forward for the tool arm tool storage.The application of frequency conversion tool storage to replace the original tool arm tool storage in machining center equipment improves the efficiency of tool changing and provides a reference for machine tool designers.
