摘 要:扁穗牛鞭草[Hemarthria Compressa(L.F.)R.Br]是禾本科黍亚科牛鞭草属多年生草本植物,具有生长期长、生长速度快、再生力强、适应性强等特点,被广泛用于南方草地畜牧业,在水土保持、生态治理中也显示出广阔的应用前景。我国野生扁穗牛鞭草资源丰富,具有多样的生态类型。分子标记技术已经成熟,这为扁穗牛鞭草的遗传多样性分析、基因定位、良种选育以及种质资源鉴定等方面研究提供了极大的帮助,也为扁穗牛鞭草复杂的基因变异分析提供了理论依据。而转录组测序也开始在扁穗牛鞭草中应用。本文对近年来在扁穗牛鞭草研究中使用较多的几种分子标记技术和转录组研究进行综述,为扁穗牛鞭草分子方面的进一步研究提供借鉴。Hemarthria Compressa(L.F.)R.Br is a kind of perennial forage of the genus oxalis in the subfamily Millet of the family Gramineae,with long growth period,fast growth rate,strong regeneration and strong adaptability,which is widely used in southern grassland animal husbandry,and also shows broad application prospects in soil and water conservation and ecological management.The wild germplasm of Hemarthria Compressa is rich in China.with diverse ecological types.Molecular marker technology have been used widely,which provides great help for genetic diversity analysis,gene localization,breeding and germplasm resource identification,and also provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of complex genetic variation in Hemarthria Compressa.Transcriptome sequencing has also started to be applied in Hemarthria Compressa.In this paper,we review several molecular marker technologies that have been used in recent years to further investigate the molecular aspects of the plant.
