摘  要:以紫花苜蓿为试验材料,设置对照组(不施氮肥)、单施硝态氮、单施铵态氮和硝态氮∶铵态氮按1∶1混合处理组,研究4种处理下紫花苜蓿苗期饲用品质的变化。结果表明:与对照组相比,施氮处理都提高了紫花苜蓿幼苗的株高、地上生物量以及粗蛋白(CP)含量,但是降低了紫花苜蓿幼苗的茎叶比、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量。当硝态氮铵态氮等量配施时,紫花苜蓿的地上生物量、粗蛋白(CP)含量都高于其他两种施氮处理,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)都低于其他两种施氮处理。相对饲用价值(RFV)评定方法表明,硝态氮∶铵态氮按1∶1混合处理时RFV值最高,单施硝态氮更有利于促进紫花苜蓿地上生物量以及营养物质的积累。In order to study the effects of different nitrogen forms on the feed quality of alfalfa at seedling stage,this experiment set four treatments with control group(no nitrogen fertilizer),single application of nitrate nitrogen,single application of ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen according to a 1∶1 mixed.The results showed that compared with the control group,nitrogen application increased the plant height,aboveground biomass and crude protein(CP)content of alfalfa seedlings,but reduced the stem-leaf ratio,neutral detergent fiber(NDF)content and acid detergent fiber(ADF)content of alfalfa seedlings.When nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen are applied in the same amount,the above-ground biomass and crude protein(CP)content of alfalfa are higher than the other two nitrogen treatments.The content of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)are lower than the other two nitrogen treatments.The relative forage value(RFV)evaluation method shows that the RFV value is the highest when the nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen are mixed at a ratio of 1∶1,and the single application of nitrate nitrogen is more conducive to promoting the accumulation of above-ground biomass and nutrients of alfalfa.
