摘　　要：目的构建严重创伤急救护理质量评价指标体系,以期为评价严重创伤急救护理质量提供系统、客观、可量化的标准。方法基于结构-过程-结果三维理论模式,在规范和指南指引下,应用文献回顾初步拟订严重创伤急救护理质量评价指标体系的初稿,编制指标条目问卷,采用德尔菲专家函询的方法对15名临床专家进行2轮咨询,采用层次分析法确立指标的权重。结果经过2轮专家函询,2轮次回收率均为100%,专家权威系数Cr值分别为0.843、0.865,协调系数(W)值分别为0.396、0.405,P<0.01。构建了制度建设、急救管理和效果评价3个一级指标、12个二级指标、44个三级指标的严重创伤急救护理质量评价指标体系,确定了三级指标权重系数,经过了一致性检验(CR<0.1),各级指标变异系数都<0.10。结论构建的严重创伤急救护理质量评价指标中,各级层指标条目客观、权重分配合理、易操作,具有较好的科学性与客观性,对规范严重创伤患者急救护理有着重要指导意义。Objective To establish an index system for evaluating the quality of emergency nursing for severe trauma and to provide a systematic,objective and quantifiable standard for evaluating the quality of emergency nursing for severe trauma.Methods We employed the "Structure-Process-Outcome" three-dimensional quality model in the study.Under the guidance of specifications and guidelines,and after literature review,the initial index system for evaluating the quality of emergency nursing for severe trauma was established.Two-round Delphi expert enquiry in 15 clinical experts was conducted for index questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) helped to identify the weight of each index.Results The recovery rate of two-round of expert consultation was 100%;the expert authority coefficient Cr value was 0.843,0.865,and the coordination coefficient(W) value 0.396,0.405,(P <0.01).The evaluation index system of emergency nursing quality for severe trauma was constructed,consisting of 3 first-level indexes of system construction,emergency management and effect evaluation,12 second-level indexes and 44 third-level indexes.The weight coefficients of the third-level indexes were determined.After consistency test(CR<0.1),the variation coefficients of all indexes were less than 0.10.Conclusion With reasonable weight distribution,the constructed emergency nursing quality evaluation index system for severe trauma is objective and easy to operate,and has played an important role in the standardization of emergency nursing for patients with severe trauma.
