抽水蓄能电站噪声分析与护听器防护效果评价

摘　　要：为了解某抽水蓄能电站作业场所噪声频谱情况,并评价所选护听器的防护效果,利用噪声计现场检测各作业场所的噪声并进行频谱分析,利用人工头模拟器在混响室中检测耳塞、耳罩单独和联合佩戴时的插入损失。根据噪声频谱分析和护听器插入损失结果,评价在抽水蓄能电站高噪声作业场所中佩戴护听器的效果。得出结论:在抽水蓄能电站噪声最大的工作场所,单独佩戴耳塞或者耳罩后接收到的声压级都不低于80 dB,保护不足;同时佩戴耳塞耳罩保护效果增大,其中同时佩戴2号耳塞和2号耳罩后接收到的声压级为75~80 dB,保护效果较好。因此,在抽水蓄能电站高噪声作业场所中应同时佩戴插入损失大的耳塞和耳罩才能达到防护效果,避免噪声过高影响作业人员身心健康。In order to explore the noise spectrum in the workplace of a pumped⁃storage power station,and to evaluate the protective effect of the selected hearing protector,the noise of each workplace is tested by a noise meter and the spectrum is analyzed.Then,the insertion loss of earplugs and earmuffs worn separately or jointly is tested by an artificial head simulator in the reverberation room.Finally,the effects of wearing hearing protectors in high noise workplace of pumped⁃storage power station are evaluated according to the results of noise spectrum analysis and insertion loss of hearing protectors.It is concluded that in the highest noise workplaces,the sound pressure level after wearing earplugs or earmuffs alone is not less than 80 dB,which shows the protection is inadequate.Wearing earplugs and earmuffs jointly can increase the protection effect,and the sound pressure level after wearing No.2 earplugs and No.2 earmuffs is 75~80 dB,which has a good protection effect.Therefore,earplugs and earmuffs with large insertion loss should be worn jointly in the high noise workplace of pumped⁃storage power station to achieve the protective effect,so that the physical and mental health of operators can be protected.
