摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌患者主要照顾者家庭功能与抑郁情绪的关系。方法选取2020年1月至12月在我院住院的72例食管癌患者的主要照顾者为研究对象,采用家庭功能评定量表和流行病研究中心抑郁量表进行评价,应用Pearson相关性分析法分析食管癌患者主要照顾者家庭功能与抑郁情绪的关系。结果食管癌患者主要照顾者家庭功能总分为(144.02±15.36)分,抑郁情绪评分为(40.08±4.14)分。相关性分析显示,家庭功能总分与抑郁情绪呈负相关(r=-0.514,P=0.017),家庭功能中家庭角色(r=-0.369,P=0.009)、问题解决(r=-0.251,P=0.023)、沟通(r=-0.245,P=0.024)、行为控制(r=-0.301,P=0.033)、总的功能(r=-0.111,P=0.037)维度与抑郁情绪呈负相关。结论食管癌患者主要照顾者家庭功能与抑郁情绪呈负相关,护理人员应关注主要照顾者的家庭功能,通过改善家庭功能减轻其抑郁情绪。Objective To investigate the correlation between family function and depression of the main caregivers of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods The main caregivers of 72 patients with esophageal cancer in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected.The family function evaluation scale and the depression scale of epidemiological research center were used to evaluate.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between family function and depression of the main caregivers of esophageal cancer patients.Results The total score of family function of main caregivers of esophageal cancer patients was(144.02±15.36),and the score of depression was(40.08±4.14).Correlation analysis showed that the total score of family function was negatively correlated with depression(r=-0.514,P=0.017);and the family role(r=-0.369,P=0.009),problem solving(r=-0.251,P=0.023),communication(r=-0.245,P=0.024),behavioral control(r=-0.301,P=0.033),and total function(r=-0.111,P=0.037)of family function were negatively correlated with depression.Conclusion The family function of the main caregivers of patients with esophageal cancer is negatively correlated with depression.Nurses should pay attention to the family function of the main caregivers and reduce their depression by improving their family function.
