摘  要:以1×7-φ10.38 mm 1860 MPa级Galfan合金镀层钢绞线为例介绍电线电缆用高强度Galfan合金镀层钢绞线的研制。钢丝采用多道次小压缩率工艺拉拔,平均部分压缩率约17.85%。酸洗采用盐酸常温酸洗,盐酸质量浓度170~230 g/L;助镀剂氯化铵质量浓度100~120 g/L,助镀温度80~90℃;热镀锌温度约465℃,Dv值138.4 mm·m/min,采用从新西兰引进的电磁擦拭技术镀锌,确保锌层面质量不小于340 g/m^(2)。生产的φ2.0 mm以上规格Galfan合金镀层钢丝具有优良的耐腐蚀性能,使用寿命是普通镀锌产品的2~3倍,锌层面质量350~450 g/m^(2),锌层表面光滑平整、直径均匀,外观光洁度好,可满足客户对各种规格高强度电线电缆用Galfan合金镀层钢绞线的质量要求。Taking 1×7-10.38 mm 1860 MPa Galfan alloy coated steel strand as an example,the development of high strength Galfan alloy coated steel strand for wire and cable is introduced.The steel wire is drawn by multi pass small compression rate process,and average partial compression rate is about 17.85%.Hydrochloric acid is used for pickling at normal temperature,and mass concentration of hydrochloric acid is 170~230 g/L,mass concentration of ammonium chloride as plating aid is 100~120 g/L,plating aid temperature is 80~90℃;temperature of hot-dip galvanizing is about 465℃,and Dv value is 138.4 mm·m/min.electromagnetic wiping technology introduced from New Zealand is adopted for galvanizing to ensure that amount of zinc is not less than 340 g/m^(2).Galfan alloy coated steel wire with a specification of more than diameter 2.0 mm has excellent corrosion resistance,its service life is 2~3 times that of ordinary galvanized products,amount of zinc is 350~450 g/m^(2),zinc layer has smooth surface,uniform diameter and good appearance finish,which can meet the quality requirements of customers for Galfan alloy coated steel strand for various specifications of high-strength wires and cables.
