摘  要:简述渗锌防腐技术应用背景,明确渗锌防腐技术在工程拉索锚具中应用需解决的问题,根据不同大气环境下热镀锌层的腐蚀速率并结合渗锌层比热镀锌层耐腐蚀性高的特点,得出拉索锚具50年寿命渗锌层厚度,通过螺纹间隙计算和实际验证制定出渗锌锚具螺纹加工预留间隙量,解决了拉索锚具防腐寿命和螺纹配合精度问题,证明渗锌防腐技术适合工程拉索锚具。To describe application background of sheradizing anticorrosion technology briefly,problems that need to be solved in application of sheradizing anticorrosion technology in cable anchorage of engineering are clarified,according to corrosion rate of hot-dip galvanizing layer under different atmospheric environment and characteristics of high corrosion resistance of sheradizing layer compared with hot-dip galvanizing layer,thickness of sheradizing layer with 50 year service life of cable anchor is obtained.Based on calculation of thread clearance and practical verification,pre-clearance for thread processing of zinc-seeping anchors is worked out,which solves problems of anti-corrosion life of cable anchors and thread matching precision,and proves that sheradizing anti-corrosion technology is suitable for cable anchors for engineering.
