摘  要:运用某三维热力耦合有限元模拟仿真软件,对坯型断面为250 mm×300 mm的GCr15钢进行五道次连轧的仿真模拟。对轧件在变形过程中的应变场、温度场以及轧制力的分布特点进行分析。模拟结果表明,轧件的变形主要集中在表层区域,轧件头部会出现内凹现象;轧件顶部圆角处可能会在第5道次产生裂纹;各道次轧制力的模拟值与实测值的相对误差较小。Using three dimensional thermo mechanical coupling finite element simulation software,the simulation of GCr15 steel with a billet section of 250 mm×300 mm was carried out in five successive rolling passes.Metal flow law,temperature distribution and related rolling process parameters during deformation process of rolled piece was analyzed.The simulation results show that deformation of rolled piece is mainly concentrated in surface area,and the head of rolled piece will be concave.Cracks may occur at the top fillet of rolled piece in fifth pass;Each pass relative error of rolling force between simulated and measured is small.
