摘  要:20CrMnTiH φ60 mm热轧圆钢制造副箱中间轴,车削加工后中间轴外圆表面存在光亮环,且在光亮环中出现细小“黑点”缺陷。为研究此现象,对中间轴的化学成分、缺陷部位宏观和微观形貌、金相组织、非金属夹杂物等进行检测分析。结果表明,由于缺陷处存在非金属夹杂物,夹杂物中含有的Al_(2)O_(3)及MgO·Al_(2)O_(3)成分,颗粒材质较硬,在车削加工时Al_(2)O_(3)及MgO·Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物颗粒被刀尖带出,在车刀痕表面刮擦出线状痕迹,在环境光线下造成此处与正常车刀痕表面亮度有差异,从而导致所谓“光亮环”产生。Diameter 60 mm^(2)0CrMnTiH hot rolled round steel is used to manufacture intermediate shaft of auxiliary box.After turning,there are bright rings on intermediate shaft outer surface,and there are small“black spots”defects in bright ring.To study this phenomenon,chemical composition,macro and micro morphology,metallographic structure and non-metallic inclusions of intermediate shaft were detected,observed and analyzed.Results show that due to existence of Al_(2)O_(3) and MgO·Al_(2)O_(3) components contained in non-metallic inclusions at defects,particle material is hard.During turning,Al_(2)O_(3) and MgO·Al_(2)O_(3) inclusion particles are brought out by tool tip and scratch linear trace on tool mark surface,In ambient light,the surface brightness of linear trace is different from that of normal tool trace,resulting in so-called“bright ring”.
