摘　　要：语言文明是人类社会文明的镜子,社会文明的进步必然在语言文明进程中留下显著标记。语言文明的发展从来都不是盲目的,它一定是在具有前瞻性的价值观引领下完成蜕变的。梳理新中国语言文明建设的历时发展进程发现:中国共产党领导下的语言文明建设价值取向表现为三个方面:工具追求纯洁、得体、好用;工具群关系追求主体化、多样化相统一;工具功能追求服务国家发展需要。由此获得的启发是:价值取向体现中国共产党以人民为中心的思想。Language civilization is the mirror of human social civilization.The progress of social civilization will inevitably leave a significant mark in the process of language civilization.The development of language civilization is never purposeless.It must be transformed under the guidance of forward-looking values.Through sorting out the diachronic development process of new China's Language civilization construction,we found that the value orientation of language civilization construction under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is manifested in three aspects.Firstly,tools pursue purity,specification and ease of use.Secondly,the relationships between tool groups pursue the unity of subjectivity and diversification.Lastly,the functions of tools pursue to serve the needs of national development.The inspiration we got is that the value orientations of the new China's language civilization construction reflect the peoplecentered thinking of the Chinese Communist Party.
