摘 要:为解决经典多属性群决策问题,引入犹豫模糊集的思想,将其设置在犹豫模糊环境下解决.首先,把考核专家组给予各方案中属性不同的评价值作为属性可能隶属度,方案的每个属性值用一个犹豫模糊元表示;其次,建立犹豫模糊元混合和得分函数与混合积得分函数模型,新定义了犹豫模糊加权混合加与犹豫模糊加权混合积两个集结算子,并提出一种新的犹豫模糊多属性群决策方法;最后,把该方法用在高职院校对各二级学院的年终考核中,结果表明该方法操作简单、计算方便,能够快速取得正确的考核结果.In order to solve the classical multi-attribute group decision making problem,the idea of hesitating fuzzy set is introduced and this kind of problem is solved under hesitating fuzzy environment.Firstly,the evaluation values of different attributes given by the assessment expert group are taken as the possible membership degrees of attributes,and each attribute value of the scheme is represented by a hesitance fuzzy element.Secondly,the mixed score function and the mixed product score function model of the hesitant fuzzy element are established,and two assembly operators of the hesitant fuzzy weighted mixed plus and the hesitant fuzzy weighted mixed product are defined.Based on this,a new hesitating fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making method is proposed.Finally,this method is applied to the year-end assessment of each secondary college in higher vocational colleges,and the results show that this method is simple in operation,convenient in calculation,and can quickly get the correct assessment results which shows that the method is scientific and effective.
