五行音乐对脑卒中后运动性失语患者的康复治疗

摘　　要：为探讨五行音乐对脑卒中后运动性失语患者康复治疗的效果,选取114例脑卒中后运动性失语症患者,随机分为3组,分别实施五行音乐疗法、西洋音乐疗法和常规语言训练,连续治疗12周后,根据汉语标准失语症检查表对比3组患者干预前后的失语程度、语言功能、左侧大脑动脉血流速度和生活质量.结果表明:五行音乐组治疗后各项目指标均明显优于西洋音乐组和常规干预组(P<0.05).五行音乐疗法在脑卒中后运动性失语治疗中有临床推广价值.In order to explore the effect of Five-element music on the clinical effect of rehabilitation treatment for patients with motor aphasia after stroke,114 patients with post-stroke motor aphasia were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,which were given the treatment of Five-element music,western music therapy and general language training respectively.After 12 weeks of continuous treatment,the aphasia degree,language function,left cerebral artery blood flow velocity and quality of life of 3 groups were compared before and after intervention according to the Chinese standard aphasia checklist.The results showed that the indexes of each item in Fiveelement music group were significantly better than those in western music group and conventional intervention group(P<0.05).The Five-element music therapy has remarkable clinical promotion value in the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke.
