摘  要:为研究标准火灾作用后钢管RPC柱的温度场,合理选择了钢材和RPC的高温热工参数,采用ANSYS软件分析了钢管RPC柱在ISO-834标准火灾升温后的截面温度场。结果表明,在不同受火时间下,外层钢管温度均可认为均匀分布,而RPC形成明显的不均匀温度场;随着受火时间的增加,RPC温度不断升高,温度梯度逐渐减小,趋于均匀分布;越靠近核心区域的点,升温曲线越平缓,中心点的温度时间曲线接近直线。根据数值模拟结果,提出了钢管RPC柱截面温度场的简化计算方法。In order to study the temperature field of the steel pipe RPC column after a standard fire,the high temperature thermal parameters of steel and RPC were reasonably selected,and the cross-section temperature field of the steel pipe RPC column after the ISO-834 standard fire temperature was increased by ANSYS software.The results show that the temperature of the outer steel pipe can be considered to be uniformly distributed under different fire time,while RPC forms an obvious uneven temperature field;with the increase of fire time,the temperature of RPC increases continuously and the temperature gradient gradually decreases.It tends to be evenly distributed;the closer the point to the core area,the smoother the temperature rise curve,and the temperature-time curve at the center point is close to a straight line.Based on the numerical simulation results,a simplified calculation method for the temperature field of the steel pipe RPC column section is proposed.
