摘 要:杭州地铁五号线五常车辆段TOD综合体项目和姑娘桥车辆段TOD综合体项目均为带转换层的结构,设计难点在于多项超限及盖上物业与转换层合理的接驳。介绍了两座车辆段综合体TOD项目的结构体系、接驳节点做法,探讨了结构设计方法和构造措施,并分析了转换层的温度应力,根据温度应力分析结果配置板钢筋。其中,姑娘桥车辆段TOD综合体项目创新地采用了转换层与盖上物业同时设计、同时施工的模式,取得了很好的效果。The Wuchang depot TOD project and the Guniangqiao depot project of Hangzhou Metro Line 5 both adopt structural form of beam transfer.The design difficulties are the multiple overruns and the reasonable connection between the covered property and the transfer floor.The structural system and the node approach of the connection of the two TOD projects are described in detail.The structural design methods and structural measures are discussed.And the distributed steel of slabs were designed according to the temperature stress of the transfer floor.The Guniangqiao depot project creatively adopts the pattern that the transfer floor and the covered property are designed and constructed at the same time,which has achieved good results.
