摘 要:火电厂烟气脱硫后对烟囱内衬产生腐蚀,需定期对腐蚀程度进行检测,来判断是否威胁结构主体的安全。传统检测方法费时费力,采用红外技术来检测模拟烟囱的腐蚀位置。设计有损的钢筋混凝土烟囱模型,探究破损深度、破损面积对缺陷区域温度的影响,证明红外检测技术能够快速、准确的检测出缺陷位置。The inner lining of chimney is corroded after flue gas desulfurization in thermal power plant.It is necessary to detect the corrosion degree regularly to judge whether it threatens the safety of the main structure.The traditional detection method is time-consuming and laborious.In this paper,infrared technology is used to detect the corrosion position of simulated chimney.A damaged reinforced concrete chimney model is designed to explore the influence of damage depth and damage area on the temperature of the defect area.It is proved that the infrared detection technology can quickly and accurately detect the defect location.
