摘　　要：结合新一代信息技术与2.5维图形化管理方式,研究2.5维电子地图在智慧楼宇综合办公管理平台的应用,以推进综合办公管控集中化及智能化。根据资产、空间资源、安防设备及人员的不同设定与要求,整合空间数据资源和图形信息,以2.5维电子地图为中心进行业务功能开发,并有机集成人脸识别闸机、门禁、消防及视频监控等系统。通过在长江勘测规划设计研究院进行的办公智能管理系统试点应用,有效解决了其空间分配混乱及管控分散的问题。Combined with the new generation of information technology and 2.5D graphical management mode,this paper studies the application of 2.5D electronic map in the intelligent building integrated office management platform,to promote the centralization and intelligence of integrated office management and control.According to the assets,spatial resources,security,equipment and personnel of different setting and requirements,spatial data resources and graphical information are integrated;taking 2.5D electronic map as the center,business functions are developed,and systems of face recognition gate,access control,fire control,and video monitoring,etc.are organically integrated with.The pilot application of office intelligent management system in Changjiang Survey,Planning,Design and Research Institute,the problems of chaotic space allocation and decentralized control have been effectively solved.
