摘　　要：CBD是城市展示城市形象和对外开放的窗口,也是国际化大都市建设的重要组成部分。本文分析了我国CBD在国际化视野、复合的城市功能、高品质的楼宇经济、便捷的交通网络、智慧化建设等方面高质量发展的新要求,介绍了郑州CBD产业基础、空间布局、发展定位、产业方向,提出了扩大开放、建设金融核心功能区、壮大总部经济、营造绿色环境、建设数字CBD、优化交通网络等发展策略。As the window of opening up and illustrating the city’s identity,CBD is considered to be a vital part of the international metropolis’construction.According to China’s various new requirements of achieving higher-quality development of CBD,such as international vision,functional composite,high-quality skyscraper economics,convenient transportation network,and intelligent construction,the paper introduces the industrial foundation,spatial layout,development orientation and industrial development direction of Zhengzhou CBD,then puts forward a set of development strategy,including wider opening up,constructing financial center,enhancing headquarters economy,creating green environment,building digital CBD,and optimizing transportation network.
