摘 要:近年来,西安市着力打造绿色宜居城市,绿色宜居理念越来越多地应用于当前住宅建筑的规划设计中。本文通过利用PHOENICS软件对西安市某居住区方案进行风环境模拟分析研究,同时结合2019年新版《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378—2019)对居住区1.5 m人行高度处风速、风压等评价指标进行定量评估,针对方案布局中风环境所存在的问题提出相应的改进建议,以建设更舒适健康的居住区人居环境。In recent years,Xi’an has made great efforts to build a green and livable city,and the concept of green and livable has been increasingly applied to the planning and design of current residential buildings.This paper uses Phoenics software to carry out wind environment simulation analysis and research on a residential area in Xi’an.At the same time,combined with the new version of“Green Building Evaluation Standards”(GB/T 50378—2019)in 2019,the wind speed and wind pressure at 1.5 m pedestrian height in residential areas are analyzed.The evaluation indicators are quantitatively evaluated,and corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed for the problems in the wind environment in the layout of the plan,so as to build a more comfortable and healthy living environment in the residential area.
