摘　　要：随着资源型城市的发展转型,调整产业结构、培育接替产业、实现发展增速已成为神木市当务之急,旅游业作为经济发展新常态下的引擎产业,无疑是接替产业的优势选择。本文在已有的研究基础上,采用文献查阅法、实地调研法、数据分析法等研究方法,剖析了神木市全域旅游的发展条件和发展问题,从宏观和微观层面提出了资源开发、区域协同、核心营造、产业融合四部分规划策略,以期为其他地区发展提供借鉴。With the development and transformation of Shenmu resource-based city,it has become urgent to adjust the industrial structure and cultivate the successor industries to achieve the growth rate of development.Tourism,as the engine industry under the new normal of economic development,is undoubtedly the superior choice of the successor industries.In this paper,on the basis of the existing research,by the methods of literature review,field survey,data analysis and other research methods,the paper analyzes the development conditions and problems in the global tourism of Shenmu,and proposes four planning strategies of resources development,regional coordination,core construction and industrial integration from the macroscopic and microscopic level in order to provide a reference for the development in other areas.
