摘  要:本文介绍了办公楼超低能耗建筑改造设计方案。在设计开始前,本文通过对中煤邯郸设计院办公楼现状的调研,并根据节能现状,确定改造后节能目标。在设计过程中,充分考虑改造建筑的特点,在合理的改造成本下,探索被动式超低能耗建筑改造的技术路径,并建立模型,对改造前建筑能耗和改造后建筑能耗进行模拟计算,对计算结果进行分析、比较,得出改造后建筑节能效果,总结出办公楼超低能耗建筑改造策略。计算结果表明,本办公楼超低能耗改造方案具有可行性。This paper introduces the design plan for the renovation of ultra-low energy consumption buildings in office buildings.Before the start of the design,this paper conducted an investigation on the current situation of the office building of Chinacoal Handan Design Institute,and determined the energy-saving goal after the transformation according to the current energy-saving situation.In the design process,the characteristics of the reconstructed building was fully considered to explore the technical path for the renovation of passive ultra-low energy consumption building under the principle of reasonable renovation cost,and a model was established to simulate and calculate the energy consumption of the building before and after the renovation.The calculation results are analyzed and compared to obtain the energy-saving effect of the reconstructed building,and to summarize the transformation strategy of the office building with ultra-low energy consumption.The calculation results show that the ultra-low energy consumption renovation plan of this office building is feasible.
