摘  要:为解决松香树脂油-甲醇-水体系分离问题,采用该体系的汽-液平衡关系设计了连续精馏分离过程。结果表明,从塔顶采出甲醇含量为99.5%(wt)产品,从塔釜排出的液体流入油水分离器经分层得到树脂油,水层甲醇含量为0.1%(wt);采用逐板-图解法设计计算精馏塔理论塔板数为28块,其中精馏段为23块,提馏段为5块,进料板在第23块(从塔顶往下计算);采用网波填料精馏塔为分离装置,塔板效率为60%,实际塔板数为47块;取网波填料的等板高度(HETP)为0.2 m,则网波填料层高度为10 m;选择蒸汽负荷量为3 t/(m;·h),当原料处理量为2 t/d时,塔径为200 mm;塔顶操作控制温度为65±0.5℃,塔釜操作控制温度为103±1℃。In order to solve the separation problem of the rosin resin oil-methanol-water system,a continuous distillation separation process was designed using the vapor-liquid equilibrium relationship of this system.The results show that the methanol content of 99.5%(wt)product is extracted from the top of the tower,and the liquid discharged from the tower kettle flows into the oil-water separator to obtain resin oil after stratification,with a methanol content of 0.1%(wt)in the water layer;the number of theoretical plates in a distillation column is calculated using the plate by the plate-diagram method.The number of theoretical plates is 28,including 23 in the rectifying section,5 in the stripping section,and the feed plate is in the 23rd plate(calculated from the top of the column downwards);using the reticulated packing distillation tower as a separation device,the efficiency of the tower plate is 60%,the actual number of tower plate is 47;take the height of the reticulated packing equal theoretical plate(HETP)is 0.2 m,then the height of the reticulated packing layer is 10m;choose the steam load for 3 t/(m^(2)h),when the raw material handling capacity is 2 t/d,the diameter of the tower is 200 mm;tower top operating control temperature is 65±0.5℃,tower kettle operating control temperature is 103±1℃.
