摘　　要：血尿是IgA肾病患儿的主要表现,针对血尿目前现代医学尚无统一的治疗方案,近年来中医对小儿尿血的研究不断深入,虽然病因及发病机制较为复杂,但是经过近十年的探讨,中医在病因病机及辨证论治等方面取得了较大的进展,疗效不断提高,文章对近年来小儿IgA肾病血尿的中医进行梳理,从而为儿童IgA肾病中医治疗提供参考。Hematuria is the main manifestation of children with IgA nephropathy. At present, there is no unified treatment scheme for hematuria in modern medicine. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has continuously deepened the research on children’s hematuria. Although the etiology and pathogenesis are complex, after nearly ten years of discussion, traditional Chinese medicine has made great progress in etiology, pathogenesis and dialectical treatment, and the curative effect has been continuously improved, This paper combs the traditional Chinese medicine of hematuria in children with IgA nephropathy in recent years, so as to provide reference for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of children with IgA nephropathy.
