两种方法判定成人胃管置入位置的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨两种方法判定成人胃管置入的效果分析。方法:将92例需胃管置入的手术患者分为观察组和对照组,各46例,均于全身麻醉成功后,按照《临床护理技术操作标准》鼻饲管置入操作流程置入胃管,胃管经鼻腔置入至测定长度后,判定胃管置入是否在胃内,对照组采用注射器判定,观察组采用负压引流器判定,观察判定置入胃管位置效果、耗时和护理人员满意度的相关性。结果:两组判定胃管置入成功的总有效率比对无差异性,但观察组胃管置入总耗时为4.23±0.85 min,低于对照组的6.75±2.45 min;观察组在判定胃管耗时为0.58±0.29 min,低于对照组的0.75±0.26 min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士对两组判定方法的满意度比较,观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:负压引流器判定成人胃管成功留置,减少操作环节,提升工作效率,降低耗材成本支出,具有一定优势。Objective: To explore the effect analysis of two methods to determine the adult gastric tube placement. Methods: 92 patients undergoing gastric tube insertion were divided into experimental group and control group, 46 cases in each group. After successful general anesthesia, the gastric tube was inserted in accordance with the operation procedure of nasogastric tube insertion in the "Clinical Nursing Technical Operating Standards". After the gastric tube is inserted through the nasal cavity to measure the length, it is determined whether the gastric tube is inserted in the stomach. The control group uses a syringe to determine, the experimental group uses a negative pressure drainage device to determine the effect of the gastric tube placement, time-consuming and nursing staff relevance of satisfaction.Results: There was no difference between the two groups in determining the total effective rate of gastric tube insertion, but the total time for gastric tube insertion in the experimental group was 4.23±0.85 min, which was lower than the control group’s 6.75±2.45;the experimental group was in determining the gastric tube The time-consuming was 0.58±0.29 min, which was lower than the control group’s 0.75±0.26 min, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the comparison of the nurses’ satisfaction with the two judgment methods showed that the total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion: The negative pressure drainage device determines that the adult gastric tube is successfully indwelled, which reduces the operation links, improves work efficiency, and reduces the cost of consumables, which has certain advantages.
