摘　　要：胃粘膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤为目前临床中十分少见的胃恶性肿瘤之一,因其发病率低,故此方面的研究较少。文章从胃粘膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的研究现状(病因、好发部位与组织学表现、生长方式及扩散、临床特征、诊断)、治疗新进展两方面,对现有研究成果进行梳理,为今后胃粘膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的治疗提供参考。Gastric mucosal-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma is one of the rare gastric malignancies in clinical practice. Because of its low incidence, there are few studies in this area. This article combs the existing research results from the two aspects: the research status of gastric mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma(etiology, predilection site and histological manifestations, growth mode and diffusion, clinical characteristics and diagnosis) and new progress in treatment, so as to provide reference for the treatment of gastric mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma in the future.
