摘 要:针对当前土石坝体填筑过程中虽然绝大多数工程都开展了施工期填筑质量检测工作,但却较少掌握实际填筑坝料力学特性的现状,结合德党河水库工程,现场取样对坝壳石碴料进行了填筑质量分析以及室内物理力学特性试验研究。结果表明对于坝壳料填筑质量检测,除填筑密度检测外,填筑过程中应加强而不宜弱化级配的检测工作。而根据坝体填筑质量检测结果,现场取样并对大坝坝壳料进行试验研究,对掌握实际上坝料及填筑完成后大坝实际的物理力学性状、运行管理等均具有重要意义。Focusing on problem that the current situation that most of the projects have carried out the filling quality inspection during the construction period in the filling process of earth rock dam,but they seldom master the mechanical properties of the actual filling dam materials.Based on the Dedanghe reservoir project,the filling quality analysis and lab physical and mechanical properties test of the dam shell stone ballast materials are carried out by on-site sampling.The results show that for the filling quality inspection of dam shell materials,in addition to the filling density inspection,the gradation detection should be strengthened rather than weakened in the filling process.According to the inspection results of dam filling quality,on-site sampling and experimental research on dam shell materials are of great significance to master the actual dam materials and the actual physical and mechanical properties and operation management of the dam after filling.
