摘　　要：《文化政策国际期刊》(International Journal of Cultural Policy,IJCP)过去三十余年发表的文化政策成果中,反复出现了四个主题:文化是道德改善的源泉,文化是促进国家认同和威望的工具,文化是经济引擎,文化是可持续发展的第四力量。《文化政策国际期刊》发表以"文化政策"为核心概念的学术文章是本文的观察样本,首先,从学理角度归纳《文化政策国际期刊》的研究主题、相关概念及研究方法;其次,依据文化政策的文化价值、政治价值、经济价值和社会价值的内在逻辑,分析国际文化政策研究特征;最后,指明未来国际文化政策研究的七种挑战。Over the past 30 years,four themes have repeatedly appeared in the discussion of cultural policy:culture is the source of moral improvement,culture is the tool to promote national identity and prestige,culture is the economic engine and culture is the fourth source of sustainable development.Based on publishes academic articles with the core concept of"cultural policy"in International Journal of Cultural Policy,theoretical observation is examined in this paper.Firstly,research topics,related concepts and research methods of IJCP are introduced.Secondly,according to the logic of cultural value,political value,economic value and social value of cultural policy,the characteristics of international research in cultural policy are concluded.Finally,seven challenges for future international research on cultural policy are pointed out.
