复方米非司酮和米索前列醇联合戊酸雌二醇用于稽留流产的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方米非司酮和米索前列醇联合戊酸雌二醇用于稽留流产的临床效果。方法:纳入本院于2016年1月—2021年1月收治的160例稽留流产孕妇开展研究,循随机数字表法设对照组及观察组,每组80例。对照组予以复方米非司酮和米索前列醇治疗,观察组于对照组基础上联合戊酸雌二醇治疗,比较两组临床效果、药物流产出血情况及并发症发生率。结果:观察组妊娠组织物完全排出率高于对照组、二次清宫率低于对照组,且清宫术时间、术中出血量及6 h阴道出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后宫颈粘连发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组人工流产综合征发生率为3.75%,低于对照组的18.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:稽留流产应用复方米非司酮和米索前列醇联合戊酸雌二醇具有确切疗效,药物流产出血情况改善,且降低了并发症发生率。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of compound mifepristone and misoprostol combined with estradiol valerate in missed abortion.Methods:160 cases of missed abortion pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2021 were included in the study.A control group and an observation group were set up according to the random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound mifepristone and misoprostol On the basis of the control group,the observation group was combined with estradiol valerate treatment,and the clinical effects,medical abortion bleeding and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The complete discharge rate of pregnancy tissue in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the rate of second evacuation was lower than that of the control group.The evacuation time,intraoperative blood loss and 6-hour vaginal bleeding were all lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).;there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative cervical adhesions between the two groups(P>0.05);the incidence of induced abortion syndrome in the observation group was 3.75%,which was lower than 18.75%in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of compound mifepristone and misoprostol combined with estradiol valerate in missed abortion has definite curative effect,the bleeding of medical abortion is improved,and the incidence of complications is reduced.
