阿托伐他汀、辅酶Q10联合应用治疗冠心病早期心功能减退效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究阿托伐他汀、辅酶Q10联合应用治疗冠心病早期心功能减退效果。方法:收集2018年2月—2019年4月在焦作市第四人民医院内科就诊的72例冠心病早期心功能减退患者为研究对象,以随机单盲法分组为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合辅酶Q10治疗,比较两组临床疗效、心功能指标及生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生理功能、躯体疼痛、心理状态、精神健康评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用阿托伐他汀、辅酶Q10联合治疗冠心病早期心功能减退疗效显著,可有效改善患者心功能,提升患者生活质量。Objective:To evaluate and explore the effect of atorvastatin and coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of early coronary heart disease hypofunction.Methods:From February 2018 to April 2019,72 patients with early cardiac dysfunction of coronary heart disease were enrolled in the Department of Internal Medicine,the Fourth People’s Hospital of Jiaozuo City,They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with coenzyme Q10 on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).LVESD,LVEDD and LVEF in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physical pain,psychological state and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TAtorvastatin combined with coenzyme Q10 is effective in the treatment of early cardiac dysfunction in patients with coronary heart disease,which can effectively improve cardiac function and improve the quality of life of patients.
