国家医保目录与其他药品目录收录抗胃酸药品差异分析

摘　　要：目的对不同国家或地区医保目录中抗胃酸药品收录情况进行对比分析,为我国医保目录的动态调整提供参考。方法基于《国家基本医疗保险、工商保险和生育保险药品目录》(简称国家医保目录)、《世界卫生组织基本药物标准清单》、《澳大利亚药品福利计划》、《英国国家处方集》及中国台湾地区《全民健康保险用药品项表》5个目录,采用Excel 2020软件对抗胃酸药品的纳入种类和数量进行数据提取、录入、比对与统计分析。结果研究发现,国家医保目录未纳入而其他多个目录纳入的药品有3个,如西咪替丁、尼扎替丁和氢氧化镁;6个纳入国家医保目录而其余目录均未纳入的药品,如艾普拉唑、胶体果胶铋、铝酸铋、瑞巴派特、替普瑞酮和伏诺拉生以及3个纳入国家医保目录而其他目录中仅1个纳入的药品,如铝碳酸镁、枸橼酸铋钾、吉法酯。结论国家医保目录2020版纳入的抗胃酸药品涵盖范围广,但需加强对其中多个药品的关注与研究。Objective To compare and analyze of antigastric acid drugs in the medical insurance catalogue of different countries or regions,in order to provide references for the reasonable adjustment of national insurance medicine list.Methods The national insurance medicine list,World Health Organization model list of essential medicines,Australian drug welfare plan and British national formulary,Chinese Taiwan health insurance list were referred.Besides,excel 2020 software was utilized for data extraction,input,comparison and statistical analysis.Results Three drugs(Cimetidine,Nizatidine and Magnesium Hydroxide)were not consisted in national insurance medicine list but in other lists;six drugs(Ilaprazole,Colloidal Bismuth Pectin,Bismuth Aluminate,Rebamipide,Teprenone and Vonorasan)were included in the national insurance medicine list but not in other lists;three drugs(Hydrotalcite,Bismuth Potassium Citrate and Gefarnate)included in national insurance medicine list were consisted in only one of other lists.Conclusions A wide range of antigastric acid drugs were covered by the national insurance medicine list 2020,it is still necessary to strengthen the attention and research on the drugs.
