摘　　要：雒江生先生是彭铎的弟子,章黄学派的传人,其所著《尚书校诂》一书,远绍清代乾嘉时期的朴学精神,考证详审,针线细密,将古文字尤其是近年来战国文字研究的成果,以其自觉的文字学理论,用之于《尚书》文字的考订,在质正许说、驳正段说、修订郑注等方面取得了较大的成就。Mr Luo Jiangsheng, disciple of late Peng Duo,is a follower of the Zhang Taiyan and Huang Kan School in Qing Dynasty.His recently completed work,A Collation and Interpretation of the Book of Ancient Times, used the research results of the Ancient Chinese Characters, especially the Warring States Period scripts in recent years, in textual revision of the Book of Ancient Times, with his voluntary philology theory in heart, making great achievements. In this way, Mr. Luo became the main author of contemporary studies of the Book of Ancient Times.
