摘  要:针对ZYJ7型电液转辙机牵引大号码提速道岔心轨转换时卡阻,外锁闭无法正常解锁问题,通过分析心轨转换力动作原理、心轨受力情况和产生卡阻的因素等,提出使用改进型心轨锁钩、更换动作杆连接销螺栓等有效解决方案,经在成锦乐客专现场试验效果明显。To deal with the problem that the conversion of the point rail is blocked and external locking cannot be released as normal in a large number speed-up switch driven by the ZYJ7 type electro-hydraulic switch machine,effect solutions,including adopting improved lock hook on the point rail and replacing connecting pin bolt in the switch operating rod,are proposed based on the analysis of the principle of the action of the conversion force of the point rail,the force of the point rail and the factors of the blocking.And those solutions have achieved good effects in field test conducted in Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan intercity high-speed railway line.
