摘 要:利用响应面分析方法实现了焙烧淀粉类水滑石对水中同步除磷、除硬的条件优化.通过Plackett-Burman实验设计筛选主要影响因素,利用Box-Behnken实验围绕主要影响因素展开因素交互效应研究,并经模型预测其最优条件.结果表明:焙烧淀粉类水滑石投加量(F_(1))、焙烧温度(F_(2))、反应时间(F_(3))和溶液pH值(F_(4))是磷酸根和硬度同步吸附的主要影响因素;在最优条件(F_(1)为9.11g/L、F_(2)为354℃、F_(3)为220min和F_(4)为7.8)下,磷酸根和硬度去除率分别为98.36%和53.96%,与模型预测值基本吻合.The response surface analysis method was used to optimize the conditions for the simultaneous removal of phosphate and hardness by calcined starch hydrotalcite.The main influencing factors were screened by Plackett-Burman experimental design,the interactive effects of main influencing factors were studied by Box-Behnken experiment,and the optimal conditions were predicted by the model.The results showed that the dosage of calcined starch hydrotalcite(F_(1)),calcined temperature(F_(2)),reaction time(F_(3))and pH value of the solution(F_(4))were the main influencing factors affecting the simultaneous adsorption of phosphate and hardness.Under the optimal conditions(F_(1) is 9.11 g·L^(−1),F_(2) is 354,℃,F_(3) is 220 min and F_(4) is 7.8),the removal rates of phosphate and hardness were 98.36%and 53.96%,respectively,which were basically consistent with the predicted values of the model.
