摘　　要：伴随国内公路建设的快速发展,中国的沥青行业呈现了蓬勃的发展态势,近几年沥青销售量将呈现稳中有升的趋,但生产沥青的原油种类有限,各沥青生产装置、供应商等都在寻找一种价格低廉、原油产量较高、运输方便、加工条件适宜的原油将成为各企业生存发展的关键。本文通过储量较大的科威特原油为基础,通过与某原油按照一定比例混合后经过地下管道输送后进装置,通过控制初馏塔进料温度、常压炉出口温度、减压炉出口温度、操作压力等条件,生产符合国标要去的70号A级道路沥青。With the rapid development of domestic highway construction,China's asphalt industry has shown a vigorous development trend.In recent years,asphalt sales will show a steady trend of increase,but the types of crude oil produced by asphalt are limited.Each asphalt production device,supplier,etc.are looking for a kind of crude oil with low price,high crude oil production,convenient transportation,and suitable processing conditions will become the key to the survival and development of each enterprise.Based on Kuwaiti crude oil with relatively large reserves,this paper controls the inlet temperature of the primary distillation column,the outlet temperature of the ordinary pressure furnace,the outlet temperature of the decompression furnace,and the operating pressure by mixing with a crude oil in a certain proportion and transporting the recoil device through an underground pipeline.Production of grade 70 A road asphalt that meets the national standard.
