摘  要:川西气田中浅层气藏已进入低压低产阶段,90%以上的气井依赖泡沫排水采气工艺稳产,随着气井压力、产量降低,泡沫排水工艺效果逐渐变差,维护成本逐渐上升。2018年以来川西气田针对低压低产气井逐步开展了超音速雾化排水技术试验。试验结果表明,超音速雾化工艺可以有效降低低压低产气井维护成本,提高经济效益,适用于川西气田。The main gas reservoirs in shallow and medium depths of the West Sichuan gas field have entered the stage of low pressure and low production,more than 90%of gas wells rely on foam drainage gas production process to stabilize the production of gas.But the effect of foam drainage technology becomes worse and the maintenance cost increases gradually because of the low gas well pressure and production.After 2018,the West Sichuan gas field has gradually carried out the supersonic atomization and drainage gas recovery technology test for the low pressure and low gas production wells.The test results show that supersonic atomization and drainage gas recovery technology can effectively reduce the maintenance cost of low pressure and low gas production wells and improve economic benefits the West Sichuan gas field.
