摘　　要：战后以来尤其进入世纪之交,日本国内不但"大和民族优秀论"沉渣泛起、"靖国史观论"迅速蔓延、"重新染指台湾论"甚嚣尘上,而且"修宪"逆流来势汹汹。对此,我们需对日本右翼势力兜售的有违科学研究结论的日本人"大脑构造特殊""日本文化优秀""大和民族种族高贵"等谬论的危害性,有充分的认识;需对其兜售的当年被处决的战犯是"为国殉难者"、战死的"皇军"官兵是"国家功臣和民族英雄"、降日"汉奸"是"日本的战友"等"靖国史观论"的阴险性,有清醒的认识;需对其"重新染指台湾论"的威胁性尤其变本加厉支持"台独"的种种行径,保持高度的警惕;需对其掀起的一轮又一轮"修宪"浊浪尤其"修宪"图谋一旦得逞所带来的严重后果即危险性,做出准确的评估并妥为防范。Since the end of World WarⅡ,especially at the turn of the century,not only has the sediment of the theory of “Japanese National Excellence” sprung up in Japan,the concept of “Yasukuni History” spread rapidly,the idea of “Re-encroaching on Taiwan” has become rampant,but also the countercurrent of “Constitutional Amendment” is threatening.In this regard,we need to have a full understanding of the harmfulness of the fallacies of “Japanese special brain structure ”,“excellent Japanese culture” and “Japanese ethnic nobility” peddled by the Japanese right-wing forces,which are contrary to the conclusions of scientific research.It is necessary to have a clear understanding of the sinister nature of the “Yasukuni historic view” such as the war criminals executed that year were “martyrs for the country”,the officers and soldiers of the “Imperial Army” who died in the war were “national heroes”,and the “traitors” who fell to Japan were “comrades in arms in Japan”;It is necessary to maintain a high degree of vigilance against the threat of its idea of “Re-encroaching on Taiwan”,especially its various acts in support of “Taiwan independence”;It is necessary to make an accurate assessment and take proper precautions against the serious consequences caused by its round after round of “constitutional amendment”,especially once the “constitutional amendment” attempt is successful.
