补气化浊解毒汤对绝经后女性代谢综合征肾虚浊毒型性激素水平和代谢指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补气化浊解毒汤对绝经后女性代谢综合征肾虚浊毒型性激素水平和代谢指标的影响。方法将88例绝经后女性代谢综合征肾虚浊毒型患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组44例予替勃龙片治疗,治疗组44例在对照组治疗基础上加用补气化浊解毒汤治疗,2组均治疗6个月。比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、改良Kupperman评分、体格指标、性激素水平、血脂指标及血糖指标变化。结果2组治疗后中医证候各项评分及总评分较本组治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后各项改良Kupperman评分及总评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后体质量指数(BMI)、腰围、收缩压及舒张压均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),对照组治疗后BMI、收缩压及舒张压均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),腰围较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组BMI、腰围、收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后雌二醇(E_(2))水平较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组E_(2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),FSH水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)及餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),对照组治疗后TC、LDL-C、FPG及2 hPG水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),HDL-C较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组TG、LDL-C及2 hPG水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补气化浊解毒汤联合替勃龙片治疗绝经后女性代谢综合征肾虚浊毒型,可有效改善患者临床症状、中医证候,改善性激素水平及代谢指标。Objective To observe the effects of Buqi Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction on sex hormones levels and metabolic indicators of metabolic syndrome in postmenopausal women.Methods Eighty-eight postmenopausal women complication by metabolic syndrome were divided into two equal groups according to the random number table method.On the basis of control group(recivedTibolone tablets),the treatment group recived Buqi Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction.Treatment counted for 6 months,in order to observe the changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,modified Kupperman Index(KI),physical indicators,sex hormone level,blood lipid index and fasting plasma glucose(FPG)between groups befroe and after treatment.Results After treatment,TCM symptom scores in groups were decreased(P<0.05),which decreased in treatment group as compared to cortrol group(P<0.05);modified Kupperman Index(KI)in groups was decreased(P<0.05),treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05);body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WC),systolic pressure,diastolic pressure in treatment group were decreased(P<0.05),which were lower in treatment group than in cortrol group(P<0.05);BMI,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in control group were decreased(P<0.05),while WC was increased(P<0.05);estradiol(E_(2))in groups was increased(P<0.05),treatment group was increased in comparison with control group(P<0.05);follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in groups was decreased(P<0.05),which decreased in treatment group when compared with cortrol group(P<0.05);triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),FPG in treatment group were decreased(P<0.05),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)was increased(P<0.05);TC,LDL-C,FPG in control group were decreased(P<0.05),HDL-C was increased(P<0.05);TG and LDL-C were decreased in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For postmenopausal women complication by metabolic syndrome,Tibolone Tablets combined with Buqi Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction can effectively improve clinical symptom
