疏风止痒方治疗风热型慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及对免疫球蛋白E和炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察疏风止痒方治疗风热型慢性荨麻疹(CU)的临床疗效及对免疫球蛋白E(IgE)和炎症因子水平的影响。方法将80例风热型CU患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组40例予枸地氯雷他定片口服治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上联合疏风止痒方口服治疗,2组均治疗3周。比较2组疗效;观察2组治疗前后荨麻疹活动性评分(UAS),血清IgE含量及白细胞介素31(IL-31)、IL-33水平变化。结果治疗组总有效率97.5%(39/40),对照组总有效率80.0%(32/40),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后UAS较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后IgE均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后IL-31、IL-33水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论疏风止痒方治疗风热型CU,可提高患者机体免疫力,抑制肥大细胞分泌,降低血管通透性,改善皮肤瘙痒、肿胀等症状,降低风团出现频率,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the effect of Shufeng Zhiyang Recipe on chronic urticaria(CU)of wind-heat type and its influence on immunoglobulin E(IgE)and inflammatory factors level.Methods A total of80 patients with CU(wind-heattype)were assigned intotreatment group(n=40)and control group(n=40)as random number table.On the basis of Oral administration of desloratadine citrate tablets,the treatment group was treated withShufeng Zhiyang Recipe.By 3-week treatment,The clinical effectiveness in groups were compared,the changes in urticaria activity score(UAS),and interleukin 31(IL-31)and IL-33 levels were noted.Results After treatment,the total effective rates in treatment group were better than those in control group[97.50%(39/40)vs 80.00%(32/40),(P<0.05),respectively].UAS in groups was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in treatment group was more common(P<0.05).IgE in group was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and treatment group was more lower(P<0.05).The levels of IL-31 and IL-33 in group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the reduction in treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with CU(wind-heat type),Shufeng zhiyang Recipe is capable effectively improving the body's immunity,inhibiting mast cell secretion,reducing vascular permeability,improving skin itching,swelling and other symptoms;which reduce the frequency of wind-heat type chronic spontaneous urticaria,improve clinical effectiveness.
