摘　　要：根据中国智库索引(CTTI)2021年8月的高校智库数据和江苏各高校智库的官网数据,分析江苏高校智库的发展现状。当前,江苏高校智库存在国际影响力不高、研究供给和需求不平衡、数字化程度低以及人员构成不合理等问题,必须加强国内国际协同创新发展,推动学术研究向决策咨询研究转变,凝聚力量建设数字江苏高校智库,分层搭建后备人才梯队,将江苏高校智库打造成全国知名、特色鲜明的品牌智库。Based on the data of Chinese Think Tank Index(CTTI)in August 2021 and the data on the official websites of university think tanks in Jiangsu,this article analyzes the status quo of these think tanks.University think tanks in Jiangsu have problems such as small international influences,unbalance between supply and demand of research,low degree of digitalization and unreasonable personnel composition.Thus,it is necessary to strengthen the domestic and international collaborative innovation,to promote the transformation of academic research into consulting research,to gather strengths to build digital think tanks,to build a backup talent echelon by layers,so as to take university think tanks in Jiangsu to the next level of well-known brand think tanks in China with distinctive characteristics.
