摘  要:高职院校学生心理档案具有提升心理辅导干预水平、提高心理健康教育活动的针对性、优化心理课堂教学、培养学生健全人格、推动学生高质量就业等多价值功能。目前高职院校的学生心理档案建设质量不高,存在内容不完整、数据不客观、更新不及时、管理不规范等问题,影响其多价值利用,需要从完善档案内容、确保数据真实、及时更新信息、加强规范化管理等方面探索解决措施,使学生心理档案发挥最大价值功效。Students’psychological files in higher vocational colleges have the significance of multi-value utilization,such as improving the level of psychological counseling intervention,carrying out targeted mental health activities,optimizing psychological classroom teaching,cultivating students’healthy personality and promoting students’high quality employment.At present,the problems of low quality of students’psychological file management in higher vocational colleges,such as incomplete content,non-objective data,untimely update and non-standard management,seriously affect its multi-value utilization.It is necessary to explore solutions from the aspects of improving the content of archives,ensuring the authenticity of data,updating information in time and standardizing management,so as to make the students’psychological files give full play to the maximum value and effect.
