摘　　要：奥古斯丁融合西塞罗的哲学修辞、罗马第二智术师派的智术修辞与技术修辞以及早期基督教的布道传统,进一步发展基督教修辞学。笔者将分析奥古斯丁在其代表作《忏悔录》中对重要修辞理论的具体运用,并揭示奥古斯丁对相关古典修辞学的承继与创新之处。Augustine integrated Cicero’s philosophical rhetoric,the sophistic rhetoric,the technical rhetoric of Rome’s Second Sophistic School and the evangelistic tradition of early Christianity to further develop Christian rhetoric. This article attempts to analyze Augustine’s specific application of important rhetoric theories in his masterpiece Confessions and reveal Augustine ’s inheritance and innovation of related classical rhetoric.
